As we enter week 3 of Vintage 2020, the weather continues with lovely warm days and fine cool evenings. This warmer weather during the day will help ripen up the grapes so it is well received.
Early this week we harvested our McLaren Vale Epiphany Shiraz. Picked in the cool evening, nice and close to home. This will be our tenth vintage of this wine. With black pepper and star anise aromatics, this wine has fruit ripeness and richness and fruit spice and acidity with a pleasant herbal edge. While there is no doubting you are enjoying a glass of McLaren Vale Shiraz you are also enjoying a wine that is welcoming and friendly, and encouraging you to enjoy a second glass...
